The crisp, clean up strains of the recently created Sky Yard property proper on the water’s edge of Noosa was the ideal blank canvas upon which CLO Studios could impart their inside styling aptitude.
‘The bordering landscape was a huge inspiration for the delicate earthy tones,’ states CLO Studios founder and innovative director, Chloe Tozer. ‘We have been encouraged by the coastline of outdated-world Italy, with earthy and colourful tones blended seamlessly alongside one another.’
The designers leant on area artists to anchor the new property with a perception of the location’s heritage and lifestyle.
Stanislas Piechaczek’s oversized pastel function links the indoor temper to the exterior tonal palette, even though huge is effective woven from purely natural fibres by artist Stacy Madden hanging in the bedroom and entry-way provide a sense of earthiness and native setting to the new house.
‘She foraged for debris from the surrounding Noosa setting to generate one-off wall sculptures that move into just about every house,’ states Chloe of Stacy’s apply.
The dining desk custom built by regional furniture designer Tyler Rhys is the centrepiece of the open plan living house, made additional special by the provenance of the timber sourced from a friend’s assets.

‘Every content is pure the essential was to make confident that the inside was an extension of mother nature, linens, uncooked timber, brass, leather-based, and sculptures made from branches, twigs, and cuttlefish—a selection of Noosa’s treasures, formed into artwork that tells a tale,’ states Chloe.
